Throughout these Terms, “Devotion”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Devotion Ecommerce Trading – F.Z.E.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; or

  • You are accessing the Website under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Your continued use of the Website constitutes legally binding acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. BUSINESS MODEL

Devotion operates exclusively as an online retail store offering:

  • Activewear

  • Swimwear

  • Bikinis

Devotion does not operate a physical retail store or showroom. All transactions are conducted online through the Website.

4. PRICING, CURRENCY & VAT

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

All prices are inclusive of applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT).

Devotion is registered in the United Arab Emirates and operates in compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express where supported)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments.

Devotion does not store full payment card details. All transactions are processed via encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud

  • Request additional identity verification

  • Cancel transactions with billing/shipping mismatches

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

Devotion reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order prior to shipment

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse service at its discretion

  • Correct pricing errors

If an order is cancelled after payment but before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

Cancellation requests must be submitted on the same working day as the order placement and before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Returns & Refund Policy.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping within the United Arab Emirates is free of charge.

Orders placed before 15:00 GST (Monday–Friday) are eligible for next-business-day delivery.

Orders placed after 15:00 GST or on weekends are processed the next working day.

Deliveries occur on working days only.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DELIVERY

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Providing a valid contact number

  • Being available to receive the shipment

  • Responding to courier communication

If a customer:

• Is unavailable at delivery → A new delivery attempt will be arranged.
• Refuses delivery → Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund.
• Provides incorrect address → Customer bears re-shipping costs.
• Provides incorrect phone number or fails to respond → Shipment may be delayed or returned.

Devotion is not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Devotion shall not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs delays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Strikes

  • Pandemics

  • Technical failures

Delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • No stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • All original tags attached

  • Swimwear hygiene seal intact

Returns are subject to physical inspection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Issued only to the original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection approval

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Devotion reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.

12. SWIMWEAR HYGIENE POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons:

Swimwear must be returned:

  • Unworn

  • With hygiene liner intact

  • With original packaging and tags

Removal of hygiene seal renders the item non-returnable.

13. EXCHANGES

Devotion does not offer direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to obtain a different size or product must:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval).

  2. Place a new order separately.

14. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Devotion actively monitors transactions for fraud.

We utilize fraud detection systems including payment risk analysis and order verification procedures.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request identification documents for suspicious transactions

  • Cancel high-risk orders

  • Blacklist fraudulent accounts

  • Contest illegitimate chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action under applicable UAE law.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product designs

  • Photography

  • Text

  • Graphics

Is the exclusive property of Devotion Ecommerce Trading – F.Z.E.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Devotion shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Delivery delays beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

18. MODIFICATIONS

Devotion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
