Throughout this Policy, “Devotion”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Devotion Ecommerce Trading – F.Z.E.


2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping within the UAE is free of charge for all orders.

No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout for standard delivery within the UAE.


4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed:

  • Before 15:00 GST (UAE time) on a working day → Eligible for next-business-day delivery.

  • After 15:00 GST, or on weekends/public holidays → Processed on the next working day.

Processing time refers to order preparation and dispatch, not delivery.

Devotion reserves the right to extend processing times during:

  • High-demand periods

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Public holidays

  • Operational disruptions


5. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Eligible orders are delivered on the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Devotion is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier scheduling

  • Traffic conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure events


6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including:

  • Full legal name

  • Complete address

  • Valid contact number

Customers must:

  • Be available to receive the shipment

  • Respond to courier communication attempts

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional costs.


7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If a customer provides:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

And the shipment cannot be delivered:

  • The customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs

  • Delivery timelines may be extended

  • Administrative handling fees may apply where permitted by law

Customers are advised to review shipping information carefully before completing checkout.


8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • A new delivery time may be scheduled

If the customer fails to respond to courier communication:

  • The shipment may be returned to Devotion

  • Re-delivery fees may apply

Devotion is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability.


9. REFUSED DELIVERY

If a customer refuses delivery of an order:

  • The package may be returned to Devotion

  • Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund

  • Additional administrative fees may apply where permitted

Refusal of delivery does not void the customer’s payment obligation.


10. ORDER CANCELLATION & SHIPPING

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order falls under the Returns & Refund Policy.


11. TITLE & RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier.

Devotion is not responsible for:

  • Loss or theft after confirmed delivery

  • Delivery to the correct address provided by the customer

Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.


12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Devotion reserves the right to:

  • Refuse shipment to certain addresses

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Verify shipping details before dispatch

Orders flagged for risk assessment may be delayed pending verification.


13. FORCE MAJEURE

Devotion shall not be liable for delays or inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs regulations

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Technical system failures

  • Public emergencies

Delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.


14. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once an order is dispatched:

  • A shipping confirmation may be sent via email or SMS

  • Tracking details may be provided where available

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking updates.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

Devotion’s liability related to shipping shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

Devotion shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential losses

  • Delivery delays outside reasonable control

Devotion reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.

Updated policies will be published on the Website with a revised Effective Date.
