Throughout this Policy, “Devotion”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Devotion Ecommerce Trading – F.Z.E.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

The delivery date is determined by courier tracking confirmation.


3. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be in original condition

  • No stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup traces, or signs of wear

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Original packaging must be intact

Devotion reserves the right to reject any return that does not fully comply with these conditions.


4. SWIMWEAR & HYGIENE POLICY

Due to hygiene and health standards:

Swimwear and bikinis must be returned:

  • Unworn

  • With hygiene liner fully intact

  • With all original tags attached

If the hygiene seal has been removed, damaged, or altered, the item will be considered non-returnable.

This policy is strictly enforced for consumer safety and compliance with international e-commerce hygiene standards.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items that show signs of wear

  • Items without original tags

  • Items with removed hygiene liners

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Final sale items (if applicable)


6. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at shop@devotionofficial.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide order number and reason for return.

  3. Upon approval, return instructions and the domestic return address will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Devotion does not provide prepaid return labels.

Original outbound shipping within the UAE is free; however, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.


8. INSPECTION PROCESS

All returned items undergo a physical inspection upon receipt.

Inspection criteria include:

  • Fabric condition

  • Signs of wear

  • Odor detection

  • Hygiene seal integrity

  • Tag condition

If the return does not meet eligibility conditions:

  • The item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense

  • Or the return may be rejected without refund

Devotion’s inspection determination is final.


9. REFUND PROCESS

Once a return passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • No cash refunds

  • No store credit unless explicitly agreed

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking institutions.

Devotion is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


10. REFUND AMOUNT

Refunds will include:

  • The original product purchase price (inclusive of VAT)

Refunds will exclude:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any re-shipping fees

  • Any charges due to refused delivery

  • Any deductions due to customer-provided incorrect shipping details


11. REFUSED OR FAILED DELIVERY

If a customer:

  • Refuses delivery

  • Provides incorrect address

  • Fails to respond to courier communication

And the package is returned to Devotion:

  • Re-shipping fees may apply

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from refund

  • Administrative handling fees may apply where permitted by law

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout.


12. EXCHANGES

Devotion does not offer direct exchanges.

If a different size or item is desired:

  1. The original item must be returned in accordance with this policy.

  2. A new order must be placed separately.


13. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once shipped, orders fall under this Returns & Refund Policy.


14. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

Devotion monitors return activity to prevent abuse.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns for customers exhibiting excessive return behavior

  • Reject fraudulent claims

  • Contest illegitimate chargebacks

  • Provide evidence to payment processors

Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and legal action under UAE law.


15. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item is received damaged or defective:

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence

  • Retain original packaging

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.

Each case is assessed individually.


16. FORCE MAJEURE

Devotion shall not be liable for delays in refund processing due to:

  • Banking system delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical outages

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control


17. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This policy operates in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.
